This hotel is super close to the train station, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious and had Netflix, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the self-check-in. Breakfast was simple, but the potato salad wasn't bad!

Some areas could be cleaner, like the cafeteria tables.

The property was clean and staff was nice and courteous. Overall it was clean and quiet with really good bathrooms. The location was magnificent and perfect, close enough to the passing trains, Hakone and a convenience store.

location: the hotel was just next door to the passing trains and bus stop right outside and convenience store nearby and the main train station and the sea. i had modern a twin room with a safe and complimentary continental breakfast, as example. the venue's staff was really friendly and courteous.

One feature that pleasantly surprised me was the express check-in process, which made my arrival hassle-free. The complimentary continental breakfast served early each morning was a good way to start my day, offering a variety of options in a bright and inviting setting.

It was frustrating, especially since my partner is sensitive to sound. Definitely not what we expected for a smart hotel.
